Day 208

Definite highlight of the trip: I reconnected with my best friend from my childhood in East Grand Forks, MN. Eunice and I were buds from pre-school until my family moved to Cali in 1992. We kept in touch for several years, into high school, and then lost touch in 2001 or so. Anyway, I found her on Facebook (have I mentioned how addicted I have become to FB?) and as it turned out she lives in a suburb of Minneapolis and so we hooked up while we were in town. She is now married with a beautiful baby girl, Isabelle. Grace had a blast playing with the baby, and it was just so much fun to catch up with Eunice!
