Today is David's birthday! We went to church and were going to go out for lunch/brunch, but my dear husband opted for the church breakfast buffet rather than going out for a special birthday meal. After a failed attempt at a nap for Grace, we went for a little hike across the street, and sat on this log listening to the sounds of nature. Then we came home and had a repeat of the same dinner I made for him for the pre-birthday bash, meatloaf and green beans. Sounds like a pretty exciting day...David is truly a man of simple tastes! :)
